Farmer Richard has worked hard to extend our harvest season's allowing us to have field fresh local fruit. Nothing says summer like fresh strawberries & homemade shortcake.
"Know your Farmer"Nestled in the beautiful and fertile Skagit Valley only 60 miles north of Seattle, the Sakuma Market Stand is the county's premiere berry grower. We grow more than 200 acres of strawberries, 300 acres of luscious raspberries, 400 acres of blueberries, plus many more acres growing blackberries, boysenberries, logan berries and marionberries. We also grow and harvest our own teas.
Have you tried our Skagit Fresh juice - an apple based fruit juice made from our apples! Also available Gift Packages of Sakuma Jam & Syrups, as well as other fabulous gifts and gift ideas for those hard to shop for .
And Don't forget Sakuma's "Own Grown" Tea. The only Tea Grown in the continental states. You can't get fresher than our Teas grown in Washington State.

We also grow farm-fresh apples, sweet onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet corn, green beans, cauliflower, garlic, lettuce, potatoes, broccoli, squash, pumpkins and more. All are hand picked every day. You can rest assured that everything we sell is our own, so we invite you to come in and meet Richard and Tami Sakuma, and to truly know the farmers that grow your food! Your family will eat healthier and your food will taste better when you buy locally fresh picked produce.
Fresh Strawberries All Summer Long! The fun begins when you take the family into our fields to pick your own berries-strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. We have strawberries from May through the middle of October! Bring your own containers or buy our u-pick pack. On weekends, hop aboard our tractor-pulled wagons that will take you out to the pick your our fields. You pay only for what you pick. Be sure you bring your camera for great photo opportunities. Phone for hours and field and up to date field information.
Kids also enjoy riding our toy tractors, and the whole family will enjoy a tour of the garden on the barrel train. You'll also insist on a time out while everyone visits the Ice Cream House or the new Bakery for a great tasting
favorite snack-coffee, tea, scones, ice cream and of course-strawberry shortcake!
Enjoy our beautiful view from the patio, or take this time to select jams, jellies, syrups, IQF frozen berries, and other gifts from our gift shop area.
We also have a variety of special events going on throughout the year, and update this website frequently so that you know what's fresh, and what fun is coming up! So please, check back often!
